I think can be multitasking? or do it in different stage in life. E.g. now can do no.5, and after investment, just wait and see. During waiting, can start making no.4, use our wedding as testing sample. When I have baby, you can start no.3. When we retire, let's start no.2 (this is the most interesting one for me). For no.1....i don't know...I can imagine the initial investment fee is too high......
